Orders are typically shipped within one business day of being placed.

Before completing your order, view your shopping bag and use “Add Info” on the Shipping line below your subtotal to enter your country, province/state and postal or ZIP code.
Order Tracking
After completing your order, you receive email updates as it progresses, including a tracking number once it has actually been shipped.
Returns
Returns must first be authorized by us and are accepted within 7 days after the shipment is delivered to you.
Product Availability
Products that are out of stock are clearly marked. If a product is not marked “Out Of Stock”, it is currently in stock at our Abbottabad warehouse and available for purchase.

Any returns must first be authorized by us.
Returns are accepted within 7 days after the shipment is delivered to you.
If you will not be able to examine your order immediately upon delivery, please consider asking us to delay shipping until a date that you will be able to inspect it in a timely manner.
Manufacturing Quality Guarantee
Montessori Specialist states that it uses top class woods, plywoods, varnishes and paints, with craftsmanship and quality control processes. According to the published 2026 price list, any product can be replaced within 7 days of delivery for a manufacturing fault.
